ANNE HEIMKES TUTTLE
Anne Heimkes Tuttle has been helping clients find creative solutions to the issues that concern them for more than twenty-five years. Her expertise in mediation services utilizes active listening, creative solutions, personal empowerment, and economical resolution to conflict. Her passion for people drives her to help clients find their own best solutions rather than letting a Judge make decisions that will affect their children and family.
Anne Heimkes Tuttle has practiced family law in the southwest metro as an experienced litigator protecting the rights of parents and children. She now focuses solely on Alternative Dispute Resolution in her practice, including:
- Mediation, including Child-Inclusive Mediation
- Early Neutral Evaluation
- Eldercare Mediation
As a certified Rule 114 Qualified Neutral Mediator, Anne is listed on the Scott County, Carver County, and Hennepin County rosters for mediation and Early Neutral Evaluations (ENEs). She has also conducted ENE’s for Dakota County, Sibley County and LeSueur County matters. With over 25 years of litigation experience, Anne has also mediated hundreds of cases. Anne has extensive experience as a Parenting Consultant, Parenting Time Expeditor, Arbitrator, and Moderated Settlement Conference facilitator and has been court appointed to conduct custody and parenting time evaluations.
Anne is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Scott County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts, and appears before the Minnesota Court of Appeals regularly. Anne is also a past member of the Eighth District Ethics Committee.
With a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in speech communications from the University of Minnesota, Anne has extensive experience in family law litigation and is a skilled negotiator.
